As you’d expect, the Clean Girl aesthetic is all about looking clean, so having neat hair and fresh-looking skin is essential.
This look is all about minimal makeup and consists of glowy skin and glossed lips with a neat hair updo.

The current trend of Clean Girl makeup was inspired by Hailey Bieber, and Kendall Jenner’s ‘Model Off Duty’ look.
This off-duty look uses little to no makeup and features tied-back hair. The effortless look is ‘clean and tidy’ with flawless skin and perfectly styled hair.
However, many creators on TikTok have highlighted that the Clean Girl makeup trend was historically worn by women of colour, when the aesthetic centred on minimal makeup, slick-backed hair, and gold hoops.
