Here’s everything we know about the MAC Stack mascara.
What?: The MAC Stack mascara is available in two versions – Mega and Micro.
How:? The Mega MAC Stack promises to boost lash volume thanks to its larger brush. The Micro MAC Stack has a smaller, micro brush designed to give more definition and coat even the smallest of lashes with the product. The MAC Stack name comes from the fact that the formula has been designed to be buildable. Whereas most mascaras start looking thick and clumpy after the second coat, MAC claims you can add literally dozens of coats of the MAC Stack before you end up with spider eyes.
Why:? The brand calls the formula its “biggest breakthrough in mascara technology” in its history and it’s therefore hoping it will become the best mascara on the market.
When:? The MAC Stack launched on 1 March 2022. You can shop the range here.
Price: Both the Mega and Micro versions cost £26. You can also buy the Mega brush in a miniature version for £12.50.
According to MAC, the Stack mascara has been two years in the making. While MAC is renowned for a number of iconic products – namely the Studio Fix Foundation, Strobe Cream and Prep+Prime Fix – its mascaras rarely make top 10 lists.
