The Harvey Nichols Beauty Advent Calendar 2023 is one of the most expensive calendars of the season but it’s also amazing value. Here’s what’s inside
As luxury advent calendars go, Harvey Nichols is a relatively new addition but is one of the best.
Full of premium beauty products each of which is sold in Harvey Nichols store, the Harvey Nichols Advent Calendar 2023 contains an amazing 42 products behind 25 doors.
What’s more, 25 of the products inside are full-size and this includes brands including Augustinus Bader, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Charlotte Tilbury, Escentric Molecule, Fenty Beauty, Dermalogica, Hourglass and more.
There are even treatment vouchers inside, and one in 50 advent calendars contains a £100 Harvey Nichols gift card.
Below we explain everything we know about this year’s Harvey Nichols beauty calendar including its contents, price, and how and where to buy.
Separately, we’ve started listing which of the other best beauty advent calendars are available for pre-order and on sale, and which have opened their waitlists for 2023.
What is the 2023 Harvey Nichols Advent Calendar? The Harvey Nichols Advent Calendar is a 25-day calendar full of beauty products sold in the high-end high-street store.
Two of the “products” are actually treatment vouchers. The first is a colour masterclass with a Fenty Beauty makeup artist. The second is for an eyebrow shaping treatmenr from Shavata, and the third is a Pro Skin30 Dermalogica Pro treatment.
Elsewhere, the brand has hidden £100 Harvey Nichols gift cards in one in every fifty calendars meaning that in addition to the full-sized Christmas Day treat, you’ll also get £100 to spend across the entire Harvey Nics website.

Off all the beauty advent calendars we’ve either tried and tested, or reported on, the Harvey Nichols Advent Calendar 2023 is up there with the best.
Yes it’s expensive, but it’s also the best value of any calendar this year. If you were to buy all of the products and treatments separately, you’d pay more than £1,300 so you’re saving yourself more than a grand.
The brands sold in Harvey Nichols, and thus those in the advent calendar, are the very best in premium skincare, makeup and fragrance. There are even home fragrances in the mix.
What’s more, some of these brands are extremely rare in advent calendars. Maison Francis Kurkdjian, for instance, sells its own calendar and it only allows its perfumes and candles to feature in a select, elite group of calendars. This includes Harvey Nichols.
If you buy one advent calendar this year, make it the Harvey Nichols one. You won’t be disappointed.
Last year we posted unboxing videos of the best beauty advent calendars and we’ll be repeating this for 2023.
Unlike last year though, we’ll be posting full unboxings of each calendar individually, as and when the calendars arrive. We buy the majority of the advent calendars we review so we can’t cover them all but we try to get through as many as we can!
Alternatively, if you want to see what was in last year’s best beauty advent calendars you can find all of the videos in our Advent 2022 Playlist on TikTok. We’ve embedded one of the videos below to give you an idea of what to expect.
